School of Entrepreneurs (SETS) exists because of a simple observation: the education system prepares students to look for jobs, but rarely to create them.
Raza Ur Rehman founded SETS to close that gap. Drawing on his experience leading Native International Schools, he set out to build Pakistan's first school built entirely around entrepreneurship — a place where students learn to validate an idea, manage money, pitch to real people, and launch something real, years before they'd normally get the chance.
That idea now lives in both SETS programs: Smart Financial Management teaches the money skills schools skip, while Smart Entrepreneurship takes an idea from a napkin sketch to a practical business plan.
The goal isn't to replace traditional education — it's to add the one subject every student needs and almost none get taught: how to build something of your own.
